Please note that we currently only ship to those countries listed below, all items are shipped by EMS (Airmail). Should you wish to use a courier service such as DHL, FedEx or other, please make an inquiry prior to making payment, we will get you a quote and add that amount to your invoice and then charge you accordingly.
 
Insurance
All international parcels are insured and sent registered mail, so should an item go missing and we have confirmation from postal services that the items are in fact missing we will resend items and claim  insurance.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
That depends on several factors. The first being whether or not the items you ordered are in stock, the second being the shipping method you select, the third being the number of orders ahead of you in the queue, and if there are any problems with your order (such as you billing address not matching up with the address your credit card company has on file). We generally say you should allow 1 to 2 business days for the processing of your order. This is in addition to the time your order is in transit to you, with whichever shipping method you choose .Orders placed on Friday morning and weekends will not be processed until the following Monday. Please note that Speed Services does not deliver on weekends. 

Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes! When your order ships we will email you your tracking number/order shipped notification
